7/6/12 - 3rd Beta: 3940; u/s 1 + a possible
6/29/12 - 2nd Beta: 189.9
6/27/12 - BFP!!! Beta 60.7
6/15/12 - E/T 2 PERFECT 8 cell compacted embies (1ICSI/1Nat). 3 embies still viable. Embryology report due Monday
6/13/12 - Fert Report; 5 of 13 eggs fertilized
6/12/12 - E/R at 11am; XX follies r/t w/13 eggs.
6/10/12 - Stim Check; E2: 2239, Final follie count pending. SET for E/R on Tues. Trigger tonight at 11pm with final dose of Follistim
6/8/12 - Stim Check; E2: 1061, 8 follies RT, 12 follies LF, Lining: 15.46
6/5/2012 - Stim Check; E2: 298, 8 follies RT, 6 follies LF, Lining: 14.21
6/1/2012 - Stim Start (AM 5iu-Lupron, 150iu Menopur: PM 225iu Follistim)
5/30/12 - Stim Start Check - E2: 29, P4: 0.25, 16 follicles(8RT/8LF) Lining: 5.73. Clear to start stims
5/18/12 - AF arrives (Ex. HEAVY)
5/16/12 - Stop BCP's
5/14/12 - Start 10iu's of Lupron daily
5/4/12 - MED delivery day
5/1/12 - Weekly 1 1/2 hr massage starts
4/16/12 - Weekly ACP starts
3/26/12 - Start BCP's
3/25/12 - Baseline U/S & b/w
1/12-3/12 - IVF moved multiple times due to work travel schedule
12/5/12 - 2nd IVF Consultation w/Dr. Karande (Sean is now 16 months)

10/21/09 - Pregnancy Test - Positive. Beta 250
10/12/09 - Embyrology Rprt: 1 of 3 Embyros made it to blastocysts stage but was discarded due to poor quality. No embies to freeze
10/9/09 - ET 11am (3dt). Transferred 2 PERFECT 9 cell divided and compacted embies
10/7/09 - Fert Report; 5 of 9 fertilized; 3 ICSI and 2 Natural
10/6/09 - ER 930am; 31 follies rtrd, 9 eggs
10/4/09 - Stim check; E2: 1782; 30 follies; 15 right, 15 left, lining 13.2
10/3/09 - Stim Check; E2: 1438; 27 follies; 15 right, 12 left, lining 9.8
9/30/09 - Stim check; E2:226, 35 follies; 20 left, 15 right, lining 10.4
9/26/09 - Stim Start! 150iu Menopur, 5 iu Lupron - AM. 150iu Follistim - PM
9/24/09 - 145pm appt for; B/W E2:34, P4:0.4; Lining: 7.0, No cysts, clear to start stims
9/17/09 - AF shows (regular flow)
9/13/09 - Stop BCP
9/11/09 - Nurse Teach; injection lesson; start 2wk. Lupron kit 10iu's daily
9/7/09 - Hubby's S/A
8/31/09 - 2 hr consult with Infertility Acupuncturist, begin weekly 1hr sessions
8/30/09 - Begin weekly 1 hr massages
8/20/09 - Hysterosonogram; uterine lining Ok to sustain pgncy
8/18/09 - Allergic reaction to MET, stopped MET, on Prednisone for 10 days
8/17/09 - Increase MET to 1,500mg
8/10/09 - Start BCP, increase MET to 1,000mg, B/W: E2
8/3/09 - Start 500mg MET
7/30/09 - IVF Consult w/Dr. K
